-For items under warranty: One year service warranty for watch mechanism (movements), screws, and push buttons only. Battery(if any), case, and strap or any signs of physical abuse are NOT INCLUDED in the warranty.
- Returns/Under warranty items must be in its original box, unused condition, with all paperwork, and parts and accessories; These must be packed properly in similar manner when it was received to avoid any damages while in transit.
- Buyer shoulders costs/responsibility for the return and all shipping and other charges that may be incurred.
