Cash on pickup: Available at Prestige stores with no maximum amount, or at LBC Express outlets nationwide up to ₱30,000 per pending order. Check lbcexpress.com for branches open near you.
Shipments are insured up to the carrier’s maximum insurable amount against loss, theft, and damage in transit. Email us if you need the coverage details for your order.
Warranty and returns
Prestige is a Seiko Premium Authorized Retailer, so this watch includes a 3-year international warranty. Keep the warranty card that comes in the box. The 3-year coverage follows that card.
On top of that, Prestige provides its own one-year service warranty on the movement, screws, and push buttons only. That shop warranty does not replace or shorten the 3-year international warranty. The battery (if any), case, bracelet or strap, and any damage from physical abuse are not covered by Prestige’s service warranty.

A full refund is given only when the incorrect item was sent.
Returns and items sent in for warranty service must come back in the original box, unused, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories, packed the way they arrived.
The buyer pays the return shipping and any other charges.
We reserve the right to refuse a return where that is needed to protect the seller.
