Based on the form factor of the ever-popular G-SHOCK GA-2100, the new GM2100 adds a metal coating to the bezel and case for extra protection.

Forged in gold-ion plated stainless steel with a 3D finish that mimics the craters of the Moon, the overall look is unique and stunning even among the many 2100 variations. The dial has a vapor-filmed finish for a meticulously detailed metallic look in gold-tone and black that also resembles the Moon. Turn the watch over and the Moon theme does not end. That's right, the unique caseback depicts, you guessed it, the Moon for a complete look. The forged bezel, vapor-deposited dial, metal band ring, and buckle are all gold ion-plated (IP).

Carbon Core Guard Structure
A new carbon core guard structure protects the module by enclosing it in a carbon case. The case is made of fine resin embedded with carbon fibers for outstanding strength and crack resistance.
