Warranty and returns
Prestige is a Seiko Premium Authorized Retailer, so this watch includes a 3-year international warranty covering the movement and related components. Contact us within 3 days of receipt for any issues. Full refund is available for incorrect items sent only. Returns must be in original packaging, unused, with all papers and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
